  • Magento Extensions — modules and extensions for Magento 2.x stores
  • WordPress Plugins — plugins and add-ons for WordPress and WooCommerce sites
  • Professional Services — installation, configuration, customization, and development services

1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Web Cloud Solutions owns all intellectual property rights in its Products and Service deliverables. The following are strictly prohibited without our prior written consent:

  • Redistribution or republication of any content, code, or material from this Website
  • Framing, scraping, or mirroring this Website or its content
  • Using our Plugin, Extension, or Service deliverable code in any other product or service
  • Reselling or redistributing our Products on any third-party marketplace or platform

2. License

Each license covers a single installation only. The specific terms depend on the product type:

  • Magento Extensions: One license = one (1) Magento installation. A separate license is required for each additional Magento store or domain.
  • WordPress Plugins: One license = one (1) WordPress installation. A separate license is required for each additional WordPress site or domain.
  • Professional Services: Delivered for the agreed scope only. Additional work requires a new service agreement.

All licenses are non-transferable and may not be sublicensed or resold. Please refer to our License Agreement for full details.

3. Availability

We strive for maximum uptime and respond to client queries as promptly as possible during business hours (Monday – Friday, GMT+1). All Products are thoroughly tested before release. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

4. Support & Bug Fixing Policy

All paid Products include 1 year of free support from the date of purchase. Professional Services include support for the agreed deliverable scope only.

Support includes:

  • Answers to technical questions related to our Magento Extensions and WordPress Plugins
  • Diagnosis and fixing of bugs directly caused by our Products
  • Guidance on correct installation and configuration of purchased Products

Support does not include:

  • Conflicts caused by third-party Magento extensions, WordPress plugins, or custom code
  • Compatibility issues caused by non-standard server environments or configurations
  • Customization of Products to fit specific business requirements (available at an additional fee)
  • Support for free Products (provided on a best-effort basis, subject to team availability)
  • Ongoing support for Professional Services beyond the agreed delivery scope

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Magento Extensions and WordPress Plugins. A refund will be issued if the Product fails to function as described due to an unresolvable bug, provided the request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Non-refundable items:

  • Professional Services fees once work has commenced
  • Installation, configuration, and conflict resolution fees
  • Customization and development service fees
  • Any refund request submitted after 30 days from the purchase date

To request a refund, email support@webcloud-solutions.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We will always attempt to resolve your issue before processing a refund.

6. Software Updates Policy

We offer lifetime free updates for all paid Magento Extensions and WordPress Plugins, subject to the following:

  • Magento Extensions: Updates are provided for the Magento version on which the Product was originally purchased. A Magento 2.x license does not automatically cover future major platform versions.
  • WordPress Plugins: Updates are provided for the WordPress/WooCommerce version on which the Product was originally purchased. Compatibility with future major versions is not guaranteed without a new license.
  • Professional Services: Service deliverables do not include ongoing updates unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

Free technical support is provided for 1 year from the purchase date, for the same platform version on which the Product was purchased.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

All Products and Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:

  • Compatibility with all third-party Magento extensions, WordPress plugins, or custom code
  • Identical appearance or behavior across all browsers, hosting environments, or server configurations
  • Uninterrupted or completely error-free operation
  • That Professional Service deliverables will meet requirements beyond the agreed scope

Web Cloud Solutions shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profit arising from the use of our Products or Services.

8. Privacy & Data

Personal data collected through this Website (name, email address, payment details) is used solely for order processing, service delivery, and customer support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on this Website. Continued use of our Website, Products, or Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Web Cloud Solutions operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
