License Agreement
By purchasing any Product or Service from Web Cloud Solutions, you agree to the following terms. This Agreement applies to all Magento Extensions, WordPress Plugins, and Professional Services offered through our Website.
1. Parties & Scope
This Agreement is between you (the Licensee) and Web Cloud Solutions (“we/us”), the owner of webcloud-solutions.com. It applies to all products and services we offer, including:
- Magento Extensions — custom modules and extensions for Magento 2.x
- WordPress Plugins — custom plugins and add-ons for WordPress and WooCommerce
- Professional Services — installation, configuration, customization, and development services
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, downloading, or installing any of our Products, or engaging any of our Services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our Products or Services.
3. Effective Date
This Agreement takes effect at the moment your purchase is confirmed and the Product is delivered via email or your account dashboard, or when a Service engagement begins.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Web Cloud Solutions is the sole copyright holder of all Software, Plugins, Extensions, and related materials sold or delivered through this Website. All source code, design assets, documentation, and deliverables are protected by applicable copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
5. License Grant
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Product under the following conditions:
- Magento Extensions: One license covers one (1) Magento installation. A separate license must be purchased for each additional Magento store, domain, or client project.
- WordPress Plugins: One license covers one (1) WordPress installation. A separate license must be purchased for each additional WordPress site, domain, or client project.
- Professional Services: Services are delivered for the specific scope agreed upon at the time of purchase. Any work beyond the agreed scope requires a separate service agreement and additional fee.
6. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Use any part of the code in any other product, website, plugin, or extension
- Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Product to any third party
- Distribute or publish the Product via any public server, repository (e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket), or marketplace
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Product
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or proprietary marks
- Use custom-developed Service deliverables to build competing products for resale
7. Limitation of Liability
Web Cloud Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages — including loss of data, profits, revenue, or business — arising from the use or inability to use our Products or Services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product or Service in question.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Cloud Solutions from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of our Products or Services, or your violation of this Agreement.
9. Breach & Revocation
Any breach of this Agreement — including unauthorized distribution, use on unlicensed installations, or violation of the restrictions above — results in the immediate revocation of your license without notice or refund. Web Cloud Solutions reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
10. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may revoke your license at any time if you are found in breach. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use and destroy all copies of the Product. Refunds are not issued if more than 30 days have passed since the original purchase date. Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Products or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Web Cloud Solutions operates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
